Standard Delivery Times
Our products are sourced and printed by partners in the U.S. and Europe. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and potential unforeseen delays. Customers outside North America and Europe may experience longer shipping times. Please note, we do not offer refunds for delivery delays or buyer’s remorse.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Prices do not include import duties or taxes. You are responsible for any such fees upon receipt of your order. Please consult your local customs office for details.
Returns and Exchanges
- Defective Items: We accept returns for defective items within 14 days of receipt.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not provided for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Product details are available on each item’s page; please review them carefully before purchasing.
Duplicate Orders or Payment Issues
If your credit card is declined due to fraud protection, incorrect information, or other reasons, please check your statement for pending transactions before retrying. Duplicate charges may occur if multiple attempts are made. If this happens, email us promptly; however, we cannot guarantee resolution before order fulfillment.
Order Not Received
Report any issues within 4 weeks of placing your order. First, check with your local post office and neighbors, as parcels are sometimes misdelivered. If unsuccessful, contact us for assistance.
Ordering
Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not constitute a contract; we may cancel orders due to insufficient stock, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other reasons. If your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount. We strive to maintain accurate information on our site but reserve the right to amend content at any time.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the item is lost, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you are responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
